Divorce Lawyers- Just a heads up..many of you know, but for those that don't... Do not have your client sign a Quit Claim deed before the refinance or sale of a marital property is completed if there is a mortgage on the property. Your client will have no way to sell the property if the house goes into foreclosure and it will destroy their credit, which happens often.
