About Me

My wife and I grew up in the ‘small town’ of Los Banos and have enjoyed the population growth from 7,000 to nearly 40,000 over the past 40 years. After spending time as a Fresno State Bulldog, I started in the finance business helping customers with personal loans and auto loans. I was quickly promoted to manage offices all over California and that included helping customers with their home loans. Gaining the trust of clients and coworkers enabled me to succeed and be further promoted to district and territory management, corporate audit functions, and into senior management with CitiFinancial/Citigroup. I completed a successful 25 year career with Citi and parted ways on very good terms after finishing my last assignment in mortgage servicing. I am very experienced with credit, budgeting, money, and decision making for home loans and mortgages... the largest investment of our lifetime. It’s great to be back in my hometown area to help others and give back to the community. I am very pleased to be a part of the Scenic Oaks Funding team!
