Graduated pre-med from UC San Diego with a Biochemistry and Cell Biology Degree. Despite being pre-med, Cynthia felt there was a large gap in the lending industry with consumer knowledge and program education among underserved communities which was needing to be filled, thus continued her career in lending. She takes pride in educating each customer and helping them achieve their lifelong dream of homeownership the right way, while reinstating her industry partners' beliefs in the home lending process across varios states. Currently, she is one of the most active lenders for the Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department for their first-time home buyer initiatives. She also speaks on a panel for the Los Angeles Housing Authority for the Family Self-Sufficiency Program helping section 8 recipients become homeowners and celebrating their success each year, as well as participating on panels with the California Association of Realtors, Transaction Rescue Division.
