Turns out he was days away from listing his million-dollar home and buying a new place with a rando agent he found online.

I looped in my long-time realtor partner. He stepped in, preserved the relationship, and kept the business that was about to walk out the door.

Are rates important? 100%.

Is it the only thing that matters when picking a lender? You tell me.

If your lender’s only pitch is rate, you’re missing the part that actually moves the needle. The system behind them, their team and whether they’re paying attention when it counts.
