Happy International Women’s Day! I love having the opportunity to work with all of these women and to share in raising each other up. I am lucky to be surrounded by women who challenge me, support me, mentor me, and help me to be a better leader. I am honored to watch each of them grow in their roles and help our industry to be a better place. Below is a picture of many of the women on my team and they are straight up professionals.

Stewart has more than 6,000 employees around the country. Women make up 73% of our workforce and 63% of our people managers. As demographics in real estate purchasing power shift, it is important for women to be represented in the industry and for Stewart to be a company that supports their needs.
