Ice Cream for Bunny Ice Cream for Bunny is a charitable foundation providing financial assistance to families that experience perinatal or neonatal loss.

HERSTORY

Beni “Bunny” Monet Parker was born sleeping, (Also known as Stillborn), on May 28, 2014. Her parents, Tremell and Capitola Parker, were fortunate enough to receive funding from their primary employer to cover the mounting costs of burial and funeral services. Birth out of an understanding that everyone is not as fortunate, the Parker’s sought to establish a fund reserved exclusively for

parents and families who are in need of financial assistance to cover such costs as mortuary, burial, casketing, and all other fees associated with the process of laying their loved one to rest. The campaign also aims to raise awareness of Perinatal and Neonatal Loss. Having a firsthand understanding of how difficult such a loss is for parents, siblings, family, and friends, the Parkers seek to provide financial relief in hopes to ease a small part of the emotional, psychological, and traumatic experience.
