This time, she helped me refinance our home, and as expected, she was incredibly organized, communicative, and exceptionally patient throughout the entire process. She expertly guided us through every detail, from clearly explaining how waiving tax and insurance impounds affected our closing costs to navigating a complex roadblock by patiently exploring multiple workarounds to successfully secure our subordination agreement. When we needed to accommodate our May closing date, Liz even went out of her way to ensure the cost of our rate lock extension was fully covered, taking a huge weight off our shoulders.
