It was great to reconnect with familiar faces at Fortra Newport Beach, where Arixa President Seth Davis joined industry leaders to discuss what's driving the growth of securitization in private real estate lending.

One message came through clearly: as securitization and other institutional capital sources continue to expand in our industry, consistency has become a defining characteristic of successful private lenders.

For many years, private real estate lending was a fragmented market that was difficult to access at scale. Today, institutional investors are bringing new expectations around transparency, operational rigor, data quality, and risk management.
