Arixa Capital closed its second $200MM securitization of residential transition loans, with significant demand from a broad base of institutional investors.

“The transaction reflects the strength of our scalable origination engine, which is built on long-standing clients who value certainty of ex*****on,” said Seth Davis.

The securitization comes amid record growth for Arixa. We surpassed $2B in annual loan originations in 2025 and continue to accelerate year to date. By expanding our access to institutional capital, this securitization strengthens our capacity to finance residential and multifamily projects nationwide.
