I think I’ve finally perfected La Scala chopped salad. I’ve been going there since I was a kid with friends. It’s a favorite lunch spot in LA. Even better with these Trader Joe’s garbanzo beans .You can put whatever you want in it. Great olive oil and red wine vinegar is a must. What’s your favorite way of preparing?
