The primary mission of PCR Business Finance is the promotion of community economic development, through the delivery of financial, educational and advisory services to underserved small business persons and communities. The Small Business Development Center hosted by Pacific Coast Regional Corporation helps prospective and existing small business owners start new businesses, tackle current busines

s challenges and provide the tools necessary to successfully manage and grow their businesses. We provide workshops & trainings, one-on-one consulting engagements, networking and other resources to the small business community. We receive our funding from the SBA, various state and municipal grants, and Pacific Coast Regional. Fees for our consulting and advisory services are paid out of our various funding sources, which means your consulting engagement with SBDC Business Advisors is provided at no cost to you or your business, and our trainings and workshops are provided at a nominal cost. We are part of the Los Angeles regional network of SBDCs which serves businesses in Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles counties and affiliated with the state and national network of SBDCs which provide advisory services throughout California and the nation. Whether you are an early stage entrepreneur or an established business, our team of business advisors can provide you with expert advice and guidance in a wide variety of disciplines including:
