875k Spec ground up construction for rental use, referred to 4 sources. $70k equipment lease, initially turned down and resubmitted to alternative source, Approval in 2 hours. Will fund in 7 calender days, 5pt commission.

Interest rates are moving lower. West coast affiliate has two separate 100acre residential development deals. Also a $11mil Texas oil property purchase for a Florida affliate.

Again it's the new affiliates just a couple of weeks out of training that are closing the deals. 6 property blanket loan and two cashout refinances of investment property.
