Under his guidance the company grew into one of the largest bail agencies in Southern California with offices in West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Venice, Torrance and Lennox. In 1977 his son, also named Billy, entered the business and in 1981 he assumed management of the com

pany. In 1991 Chris Bailey joined the company bringing his administrative skill and experience to broaden the scope of the company to include a full service surety insurance agency..
