We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist who can provide a phone support role that requires troubleshooting and solving terminal/tablet/equipment issues. You must have a good phone manner and be easy to hear and understand.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve terminal/tablet issues via phone.
• Receive, prioritize, and accurately close service calls via phone.
• Accurately write down call information, parts usage, and merchant information.
• Project a positive company image through exceptional communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Maintain benchmark standards for callbacks, incompletes, and accountable time.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 months experience working in Customer Service.
• Computer literate.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to problem-solve, communicate clearly, read, and comprehend basic information.
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and to accept direction on given assignments.
• Time management skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
-*Detail Oriented is a huge must!*
-Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe
-Strong telephone etiquette, multitasking skills, and ability to understand and communicate comfortably and effectively
-Ability to work well with others in order to provide excellent customer service to our clients
-Ability to ensure that work is completed within a specific time frame
-Ability to provide office support in daily activities and perform other duties as assigned
-*Ability to use problem-solving techniques when handling calls*
Paid Training for the Job will be provided.
-Hours from 9:006:00 pm. Weekdays only.
