We’re Hiring: Highly Experienced Loan Processor 🏡
TIME Lending is growing, and we’re looking for a detail oriented, results driven Loan Processor who can confidently manage the full end to end loan processing cycle.
If you have strong experience with FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non QM products, understand loan structuring, income calculation, and AUS systems, and know how to keep a pipeline moving efficiently, we want to connect with you.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven ability to manage and oversee a loan pipeline with accuracy and speed
• Strong communication skills with borrowers, LOs, underwriters, and lenders
• Experience ordering appraisals including 1004 and 1007
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM loan systems
• Self motivated, performance driven, and ready to grow
