Sales Representative
This salaried position comes with incentives
We are seeking a hands-on Sales Representative for Business Development. We are a staffing agency in need of an enthusiastic team player who has the talent and the temperament to drive business growth for our company.
Please note: We're not insisting on many years of experience in a sales or recruiting role; your resume doesn't have to include a "director" or a "manager" job title. While we are certainly open to those who may have such deep knowledge, we would love to identify a great candidate with the potential to become a rising star who can acclimate to a Sales Leadership role.
If you are in the job market for an opportunity to contribute your creative and steadfast approach to winning new business along with your ability to nurture relationships with clients, this Business Development role may be the situation you're seeking. The compensation package includes base salary, sales bonus, and commission.
You will report to our CEO. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire life cycle of business/client development, from lead generation research to identifying prospective customers, scheduling meetings with them, and closing deals.
