Thank you, Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin, for meeting with our CAI-CLAC Insurance Task Force duo - Ryan Gesell, CIRMS, CMCA, with The Cline Agency, and Brian Kalmenson, CIRMS, with Gemini Insurance Agency. We appreciate your time to discuss how to improve the insurance options for California community associations – especially condos.

We continue to advocate that changing the SFP requirements and defining “wildfire” will help the insurance market.

Let’s continue to work together to find reasonable solutions.

You manage budgets, handle maintenance requests, deal with difficult people, teach your boards and owners, keep track of insurance renewal dates, deal with relentless service providers showing up at your office with a bunch of stuff, etc.

And yet no matter how many jobs you’re tasked with, YOU have maintained your cool and have shown commitment to excellence in your field. Thank you for all that you do!
