Just saw this unhoused and angry (probably on drugs) white male with all types of clothes and a face covered with hoodie, just break the locks and opened the door 🚪. I've no idea who controls this nor the cameras above. But it's locked 🔒 for a reason. He's not up to any good. Maybe we should get CHp involved 🤔? All I know is that he doesn't belong there.

The first selfie 🤳 of 2024 that has 3 different filters which allow my lips to look really the color that they are. For some reason the sunset 🌇 was making them look dark purple, like the color.

So, if you read the first picture uploaded, I had to put one of my dog daughters down last Tuesday. I have taken a break from Real Estate work for a while and don't know when exactly I'll be back, but sooner rather than later is my goal. She was named Leona Lewis because when I saw her photo in August 2017 the song Happy was in myheart, I immediately drove to Chatsworth Shelter and introduced myself, and her sister GingerZ. Every single day was a gift. I will always recommend adopting a pet rather than buying. They have the best ability to grow your heart. As my friend Jennifer Coolidge has always done, please adopt ❤️ 🙏 😢 💔💔💔

In photography, you're taught the "rule of 3" and this means "take one photo three different apertures from the same place and all other variables constant. Well, luckily, I did not have IG filters then so none of these photos needed a filter. Sometimes, you hit the spot that first time. These 4 photos are the result. This wedge of the roads made for a multiple angle view of one of my favorite trees on my block.

Just Leased! I misspoke verbiage "parking garage" in the video, when it's really a 2 carport. BUT my first effort in Real Estate transactions has happened thanks to my AWESOME Brokerage Housing Solutions Realty and Broker Michael Caldwell!!! Started sitting on the Open House listing in August and told the owner that we will get her home leased in the fastest time possible. As Realtors@ we have a lot more dedication and negotiation skills than property management company just collecting income. She looked skeptical, but I assured her that she had a great team behind and in front of her! We did it and it's not even March yet! Welcome home 🏡 new tenants! $5,600/month and one year minimum! Thank you 😊
