I hope you enjoyed the Paris Olympics as much as I did. Congratulations to all the Olympians for your accomplishments. I am an old track head from SUNO. Track & field did not disappoint. 30 years ago the Northridge Earth Quake hit. I was asleep with my 6 month old baby girl in bed between my wife and I. It felt like 2 simi-trucks trying to pull the house in opposite directions. We were blessed not to have any injuries. We did have to replaced all the windows and the fireplace. It time to update my EQ coverage. When will the next big one hit?

Well folks, it Dec 2023 the last month of the year. I hope you had a good year and reached you goals. If not, you still got 30 days to get it done. You got 30 days to make that charitable donation, or set up that Health Savings Plan or lose that last 10 lbs. You might as well get your 2024 plans and goals in place so you can have a fast start. I am finishing the year by just making sure I get my medical checkups and trying not to stress too much. I wish you all a very happy and safe Holiday Season.
