Mortgage Application Volume Responds to Rate Drop!

A quarter-point decline in 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) interest pushed mortgage application activity higher across the board during the week ended November 3. The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) said its Market Composite Index, a measure of mortgage application volume, increased 2.5 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis from one week earlier, the largest increase since mid-September.

Lots of amazing things happening in New Orleans and the Neighborhood Engagement Office is doing an amazing job bringing communities together to capitalize on the growth and opportunities in Nola.

We’re honored to a part of the Neighborhood Enrichment Program, one of the many things we’ll be doing with this project is creating a community garden at one of our projects to allow the community to literally and metaphorically get their hands dirty 🌴🌳🍎🍉🧄🥬

My team has been working very hard on fixing up these houses in New Orleans. We wanted to go with a very likeable style and it has turned out great. The inside will be just as amazing as it looks on the outside. The roads are getting redone so it’ll be a nice smooth ride down your street :). We can’t wait for these to be done and get on the market!!
