We will, of course, send you our latest newsletter/bulletin, but we will also personally notify you of any regulatory requirement via personal letter which affects your benefit plan.
3. Stewardship: Our concern goes beyond premium rates. We are very knowledgeable about the extra costs of insurance and self-insurance. Our goal is to maximize the benefits for your employees at the lowest net cost.
4. Technical Expertise: We are professionals. Our Principals are well known within the benefits community. Carriers respect our expertise and acknowledge that we have “clout” with them because of our past performance and present clients.
5. People Oriented Service: Too often, consultants/brokers are so zeroed in on cost-savings, that they forget your employees. We recognize the value of solid employee trust and support. We also have the management experience to know the value of communication and consistency. We believe the above commitments are not only attainable, but also essential. We are ready to prove that.
