Thank you Alexandra Ruiz for giving me a call to step in and help Margarita become a homeowner!

Some lenders talk about how much they care about helping their partners succeed but we execute on this idea and this transaction was a perfect example.

Another bank couldn't get this deal done, after they told her they could.. The only way that we could was a very tough down payment assistance program and removing all of our profit from the loan so it would work for the buyer and she could bring no money to closing.

We are very popular for a simple reason, we really believe in helping people achieve their dreams and will support our partners anyway possible to make it happen!
