🏠 Will the New Housing ROAD to Housing Bill Make Homes More Affordable?

Short answer is yes, but it could take 3-5 years minimum for any of this to actually make an impact.

✅ Increase Housing Supply – More homes being built means more choices for buyers and less competition. Modernizes outdated HUD regulations opening up opportunities for modular and manufactured housing

✅ Reduce Investor Competition – Limits on large institutional investors could help keep more homes available for families instead of investment funds.

✅ Speed Up Construction – Cutting red tape helps builders bring homes to market faster. Also deregulation on some products that more options for buyers.

✅ Support Affordable Housing – Expands programs designed to create more entry-level and workforce housing opportunities.

✅ Long-Term Impact, Not Overnight – The bill is expected to slow future home price growth and improve affordability over time, rather than cause home prices to drop immediately.

Winning Wednesday!!!

Thank you Alexandra Ruiz for giving me a call to step in and help Margarita become a homeowner!

Some lenders talk about how much they care about helping their partners succeed but we execute on this idea and this transaction was a perfect example.

Another bank couldn't get this deal done, after they told her they could.. The only way that we could was a very tough down payment assistance program and removing all of our profit from the loan so it would work for the buyer and she could bring no money to closing.

We are very popular for a simple reason, we really believe in helping people achieve their dreams and will support our partners anyway possible to make it happen!

If you are looking to buy a home and need a local team that will really support you and execute at a high level when it counts, please give me a call or send a DM!
