Our office is facing the same thing many in Lorain are this morning. With trees down, power out and no internet all of us hit by last nights storm are working through the issues left by the intense Thunderstorm that hit us. We have no phones and no internet so if you have a claim, it would be best to call your carrier directly to file it right away. As soon as we get internet and phones back we will let you know.
