Hi everyone,

As many of you know - I started working at Ford as well. I’m not leaving insurance - I just have to switch my hours up a bit until I can get a CSR for evenings. I will be available during breaks at work for messages and can make changes on my phone.

In office hours will be:

Mon - Sat : 8 AM - 1:30 PM (can respond during the night to text and emails; and make changes just won’t be able to do new quotes)
Sun : 9 AM - 4 PM

If you are with Safeco - be advised that they are officially now called Liberty Mutual. They were always under the LM umbrella but now it’s just Liberty Mutual 🗽. We will be updating our site to include their name instead of Safeco.
