💕 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT 💕

Happy Monday! Our next special spotlight goes to Mrs. Kristie Wilson!

Kristie is our amazing Operations Manager and has been with Shelter Insurance for 18 years! She’s actually been in the insurance world since she was 20—that’s 40 years of experience!

Kristie says, “I’ve been lucky enough to have two of the best bosses in Shelter—Gary Elmore for 16 years and now Johnathan. I love my work family!”

Kristie is originally from Pine Bluff, along with her husband, Jeff. They’re celebrating 32 years of marriage this year! Together they have two amazing sons, two wonderful daughters-in-law, and one precious granddaughter—who happens to be the first girl in Jeff’s immediate family!

A few fun things about Kristie… she LOVES sweets, especially chocolate, and when she’s not at work, you can find her spending time with family and friends. She admits she has a serious case of FOMO and always wants to be doing something! 😂 Her favorites: LAKE • POOL • SPORTS!

She grew up camping and skiing on beautiful Lake Ouachita, and her fun fact might be our favorite yet: she learned to water ski behind a flat-bottom boat in a no-wake zone!

We are SO thankful for everything Mrs. Kristie does for our team and our customers. Our office truly couldn’t run without her! We’re lucky to have you, Kristie!

Around here, we’re lucky to have more than just a great boss, we have someone who truly cares about us, our customers, and the communities we’re proud to call home! Before joining Shelter Insurance, Jackson spent his career shaping young lives as a teacher and coach at Little Rock Parkview and Little Rock Christian Academy.

Originally from Greenwood, Arkansas, Jackson is a proud husband to his wife, Allison, and dad to their energetic 20-month-old son, Jack Henry.
