This is a generalist IT position, responsible for all aspects of computer set-up, technology installation, problem solving, service, upgrades, and maintenance for the agency's branch offices.

Responsibilities include: setting up and installing workstations, including hardware and software, and ensuring connectivity to the network and third-party applications; setting up auxiliary devices, such as tablets and smartphones; troubleshooting and fixing computer and network issues, including problems with both hardware and software; assisting with the set-up of data services, including phone, computer and printer installation; collaborating with IT staff to maintain, manage and upgrade computer systems and servers for performance and security-related issues; providing local and remote support and monitoring of network servers to resolve internal and external issues; following maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure from any possible intrusion; providing desktop support for Windows, Microsoft Office and insurance proprietary software for all branch offices.
Advanced problem-solving, analytical ability, and critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to break down complex concepts and terminology for the lay person
Ability to understand written and oral communication and interpret abstract information
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment amid activity and noise
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to organize workload and handle shifting priorities
Agency Management System experience is preferred; Applied EPIC experience highly valued
At least 3 years’ experience in a generalist IT position; experience working in the insurance industry is highly desired, but not required
The position does require moderate physical activity, including bending, lifting, kneeling, and crawling
Occasional travel to branch offices may be required

Stahl Morse & Associates Insurance is looking for a highly experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Longwood, FL. We are looking for a professional, knowledgeable team player who can provide superior service to our commercial clients.

This position will handle all aspects of servicing and marketing a book of medium to large commercial accounts, including contractors, construction, hospitality, condo associations and non-profits. The ideal candidate will have experience handling tasks from A to Z, such as processing and renewal of policies, endorsements, and rating and quoting of new and renewal business. Must possess excellent customer service skills in order to answer policy and coverage related questions. This individual must also be able to multi-task and pay strong attention to detail, as well as document conversations, emails and correspondence with customers and carriers in the agency management system, maintaining a paperless environment. Applied Epic experience is preferred, but not required. Professional designations, including CIC or CRIS, are highly desired.

Stahl Morse & Associates is offering an easy way to donate food for our neighbors in need through the Sharing Center in Longwood. You have the option of bringing donations by the office by November 12: They are putting bags together for a complete Thanksgiving meal. Each bag will contain the following, so feel free to bring by a whole Thanksgiving meal or whatever portion you like.

2 cans green beans
2 cans corn
2 cans yams or sweet potatoes
1 can cranberry sauce
1 box of Jiffy cornbread
1 box stuffing
1 box Instant mashed potatoes
1 can evaporated milk
1 can pie filling
1 can pumpkin
1 packet or can of turkey gravy (No glass jars, please)
1 bag coffee, ground or instant
1 graham cracker pie crust
