I have grown up and lived primarily in Longwood since the age of five. I am a graduate of Lake Mary High School and my children graduated from and attend Lyman High School. I also graduated from the University of Central Florida where my Daughter is currently a Senior. This is an exciting time in the City of Longwood, Central Florida and The University of Central Florida. Even More So with the ope

ning of my own business which has been a life-long dream. I am here to provide the service of helping individuals, families and businesses attain the necessary insurance coverage and policies to protect themselves against some of the unfortunate incidents that we all deal with in life. I hope to give a peace of mind to my clients. My priority is to meet my client’s needs effectively while giving the excellent customer service they expect. I am very excited to continue to serve the City of Longwood, Greater Central Florida area and the State of Florida with their insurance needs now under my own business, PEGASUS Insurance Agency. I worked as an independent insurance agent under another area agency for the past three years as a whole. I have been in the insurance industry since 2001 and have worked in all areas from claims investigation to legal cases to my current position as an Independent Insurance Agent. I can service most any line of business from your automobile or home to your boat or recreational vehicle. I specialize in assisting those with Mobile or Manufactured Homes. I have also established some strong partnerships with area agents/brokers for the few lines of insurance I do not handle. Myself and my Agency will shop quality insurance carriers to get you the best rates.

This story certainly has gone viral today!! It really should be of no surprise though. It is still currently difficult to get an admitted/private market insurance policy with a roof older than 15 years. If it truly becomes the standard, then roof schedules, actual cash value or ACV and surplus lines carriers will be the way.

Insurance companies in Florida are now flagging roofs that are 15 years old instead of waiting until they reach 20 years.
