Proud to share highlights from the NAWIC Southeast Region Spring Forum 2026, held May 20–23 at the Marriott Knoxville Downtown in Knoxville, Tennessee.
This year’s forum centered around the powerful theme “Voices that Lead, Hands that Build.” It brought together women across the Southeast, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee, for impactful learning, leadership development, and meaningful connections. Some of the event highlights included Cultivating Respect: Workplace Culture & Conduct, as well as Leadership development sessions such as Level up Your Presence.
As the Southeast Region Camp Committee Chair and Chapter Development Chair, our very own Kelly Phelan, had the privilege of presenting a regional report highlighting the continued growth and success across our committees. Notably, the number of chapters with active camps has grown to five, and the two new chapters have been added in the past year, with Puerto Rico's chartering scheduled for July.
It was inspiring to connect with so many dedicated women in construction and to witness the momentum growing across our region.
