I wanted to get this out there. The Norman Agency will soon become an independent agency for home and auto. I am excited to be able to offer my clients options for their coverage through multiple companies. I trust you will give us the opportunity to quote you and continue to serve you as your agency! At that time referrals will be a welcome thing also....:).
American National has decided to get out of the Home Insurance business in Washington State and at renewal time are not going to renew homes. The financial losses in the home insurance world are incredible to say the least!
The bottom line is that before you renew on your homes we will get a hold of you and quote you with the companies we have available and will continue to be your local agent....:)
Thank you so much for trusting us with your business, we look forward to continuing our relationship down the road! Feel free to pass on the truth concerning the Norman Agency if the discussion does come up. Rumors can be ugly. I will let you all know when this transition is finalized. God bless!!

Due to the forecast of freezing rain tomorrow (Tuesday the 16th) I am having my staff work from home and putting their safety first. If you need us call the office at 360-577-0052 and client services which I pay for will assist you or e-mail us and we can take care of you via e-mail from the safety of our homes.
Please stay off the roads if at all possible, stay warm and be safe. Prepare for the possibility of power outages from downed limbs from the ice etc.
