He was knowledge and got me a better rate than the previous 2 lenders I was trying to work with. It does pay to shop for lenders. Not all lenders are the same and there is areas they can compete for your business.

There were times I wish we had known something from the beginning, but it was simple things like needing the bank to also stamp the papers they gave. But that was it really. Got the loan paperwork in and the house closed.
