The bank told you "no" because you don't have a W2. They're wrong.

If you're a business owner, freelancer, or gig worker in East Texas, you’ve probably been told that qualifying for a mortgage is a nightmare. Most traditional lenders are rigid. They want two years of perfect tax returns and they penalize you for the very write-offs your CPA told you to take.

It feels like you’re being punished for building your own dream.

Let's call it what it is: That's a bad model.

The truth is, you don’t need a W2 to get a set of keys. You just need a partner who understands how self-employment actually works.

As a mortgage broker, Greenlight Mortgage has access to products the big retail banks don’t. We use bank statement loans and alternative programs designed specifically for the people who sign the front of the check, not just the back.

Whether you’re in Longview, Gilmer, or Jefferson, we’re here to help you win. We look at the real cash flow of your business, not just the bottom line on a tax form.

You do the work. We’ll build the system to get you home.

Stop guessing. Start the conversation at www.kennethtravis.com.
