May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s a good reminder that needing help is human, not a weakness. Many of us will face anxiety, depression, or other challenges at some point, and no one should have to navigate that alone.
Here are some national resources you can share or save:
988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline – Call or text 988, or chat for 24/7 support.
NAMI Southwest Washington – Education, support groups, and Mental Health Awareness Month info and more.
CORE Health & CORE Health- Ascent Youth Activity Center (Longview) – Mental health and substance use counseling, in-person and telehealth: corehealthwa.org
If someone comes to mind who might be struggling, consider sharing one of these links or saving this post so it’s handy when you need it.
