And I’ll admit I’ve played that game too. 😬

June is Men’s Health Month, so this is your friendly nudge from one stubborn man to another: get the blood pressure check, the labs, the screenings, you’ve been meaning to schedule. The people who love you would rather have you here than hear “I’m fine” one more time.

Today is National Senior Fraud Awareness Day. One of the best tools to help prevent and detect problems is the My Health Care Tracker from SMP National Resource Center - a free resource Medicare beneficiaries can use to record their health care appointments, services, and charges in one place.

Here in Washington State, you can also reach the Washington Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisor (SHIBA) volunteers and the Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) by calling 1-800-562-6900 and asking to speak with SHIBA.
