In today's real estate market, it is difficult to get a buyers' offer accepted, and difficult to close on time with all the variables of timelines by inspectors, appraisers, etc But, when it all comes together because of all of the players involved doing their very best, it culminates in the most satisfying experience of closing on time!! I have three such closings happening this week and I couldn't be more proud of our processors, underwriters and closers at InterLinc than I am this week! Against many odds, we made things happen in order to close!! In all honesty, we closed a little later than planned, but only due to outside circumstances (like torrential rains) that held us back. But when it came down to the wire, we were ready to do what it took to close!!! I appreciate my front and back office teams more than they will ever know.
