The mortgage market has been a roller coaster lately, and we've seen rates creeping back up! 🎢

Here's something important to remember: The rate you were quoted last week may NOT be the rate available today.

Mortgage rates can change daily—and sometimes multiple times throughout the day! Those changes can work in your favor or against you.

🔑 A few things to keep in mind:

✅ Rates are constantly changing with the market.

✅ A rate quote is NOT a rate lock.

✅ We cannot lock in your interest rate until you have a home under contract, subject to loan program requirements.

✅ If rates drop down the road, refinancing may be an option!

Don't let the uncertainty of rates keep you from exploring your homeownership goals!

Our job is to help you understand your options, navigate the changes, and make informed decisions every step of the way.
