I haven't had health insurance in a long time, and didn't know much about the process or different plans. My only real experience with insurance agents was being pestered on the phone after looking up quotes online. But I'm very pleased to say Anthony exceeded my expectations and then some!
I called his office and received a quick quote over the phone, I dropped in a few weeks later and he even remembered our conversation and my name from our first phone call. The process was painless and quick. He explained the difference between plans, gave examples, answered all my questions, and ended up securing a health insurance plan that was far more inexpensive than any I had been quoted for online with far better benefits. He was really transparent and worked with me to help explain the system and the ways I could be benefit more than I initially thought.
His office is also very professional and clean. You won't be sitting around in uncomfortable plastic chairs. There's even a coffee machine in the lobby.
Normally trying to find insurance feels more like trying to navigate a minefield of scams, but If you need help with insurance in the Myrtle Beach/Little River area and want that human and local touch that's lost trying to find a plan online, I find it hard to believe there's anyone better than Anthony.
