Reveling in enriching lives, Ann models well what it means to be a residential mortgage banker. Passionate about all aspects of her job, she particularly enjoys guiding a first-time home buyer through the loan process and educating clients about the current mortgage market. Honest and dependable, Ann prides herself on really listening to her clients in order to help them determine the right loan program that will fit their needs. Ann has reached the pinnacle of success through old-fashioned hard work and a steadfast commitment to superior service. With this attitude, it is no wonder why she has been a multiple recipient of her former employers’ top originator awards. Ann’s commitment to integrity-based lending is not only reflected through her own personal production, but is also reflected through her participation in the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association (CMLA). She is an active member and continues to serve on the CMLA Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee with three years under her belt. While Ann’s career consumes a great majority of her time, she has been known to maintain a balanced professional and personal life. She always ensures she has time to spend with family and friends; as well as exercise, travel and read.
