Looking for someone highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Experience in Real Estate is preferred but not necessary. Dynamic on the phone with a natural inclination to care about everything from A-Z. The ability to take direction yet think independently is a must. A desire to learn and grown within the position is required and the ability to retain and recall information is essential to excelling in this position. The position will include but is not limited to: Organizing the office and assisting our Loan Officers and Processing in ways that streamline business. Handling Email and confirming updates are circulated. Obtain and update records/ documents ensuring accuracy and validity of information. Schedule/ plan meetings and appointments as needed. Coordinate to ensure compliance with established policies and update staff on any relevant changes and updates. Maintain trusting relationships with lenders, customers and colleagues. Perform receptionist duties when needed. This is Intensive training for someone without a background in real estate and pay will be commensurate with experience with room to rapidly change dependent on performance
