“Leak my camera roll?”

Go ahead… it’s just dust, demo, framing, and deals getting done.

I don’t just lend on construction — I manage it in my own rentals. I know where projects go wrong, how to keep them moving, and how to protect your margins.

Solid files in markets where a lot of lenders are tightening up. A few had bumps along the way — we structured them right and got them to the table.

That’s how it’s supposed to work.

Just CLOSED another creative one! 🔐🏠

They said it couldn’t be done, but we make it happen. This deal had a few hurdles: a borrower with a challenging profile and a tight timeline. But instead of saying “no,” we got creative.

By cross-collateralizing two properties, we secured a solid position with a very generous LTV in our favor - keeping the investment safe while getting the borrower exactly what they needed. The best part? We skipped the formal appraisal headaches and closed in just 2 WEEKS. 🚀

Huge shoutout to for being an absolute pro to work with on this. 🤝

Realtors/Investors: If you have a deal that’s stuck because it doesn’t fit inside the traditional “box,” send it my way. We finance everything under the sun and we move FAST.
