Just one of the recent reviews I’ve received from a client. Asking for feedback from clients and customers is a really important step towards improvement. Getting critical feedback is an efficient way to learn what is not working within your company. It doesn’t matter how you think your business is going if your customer has problems with your business. Suck it up and ask your customers for the truth! Hopefully you’ll get a response like this 😄

I’ve been charging my clients by the hour ever since I started my own bookkeeping business in 2016. I can’t say it has been perfect for me nor my
