INCASE OF FLOOD DAMAGE:
DO NOT walk into any standing water!! Once the water recedes, take as many photos as possible of your damaged building and personal property.
Do not dispose of any personal property until your adjuster has had an opportunity to review it.
To help facilitate the evaluation of your claimed damages, please separate your damaged from undamaged property in the best possible order so that the adjuster may examine it.
Please gather and place all account books, financial records, receipts and other loss verification materials in a safe place for examination so your adjuster may properly evaluate them.

Filos is more and more functional every day! It's kind of funny having customers show up on Saturday with info for the car they are picking up Monday Morning. But hey, after Sandy we are still in business! So no one is complaining!
The adjusters have been getting out to see the damage, and I know it seems slow, but they are dealing with the gas shortage, and light and electric issues just like us. They also have to find places to stay that are far away cause a lot of the hotels are booked close by.
This stinks for everyone. We will get through this, and it is getting better every day!
