R A C E D A Y ... I didn't think smiling from ear to ear for 3 hours and 13 minutes straight was a thing. But Boston Marathon is a different experience than anything else.

The journey to the finish line tested me in ways I didn’t expect—physically, mentally, emotionally.

In training and in the race there were moments I felt unstoppable… and moments I questioned everything.

But that’s the beauty of it.

You don’t come here for easy. You come here to find your edge. To discover who you really are.

All along the way, I was forced to find stronger versions of myself. And I couldn't be more grateful.

To the tens of thousands of volunteers, hundreds of thousands of fans, and handful of people in my own circle who made this day so special, thank you.

Caught a Unicorn 🦄

I never thought I'd be that person... the one who wakes up at 4:30am to go on a casual 10 mile run on a Thursday morning. Who gets excited to come home and slide into leg compressor boots. Who forgoes the "fun" stuff to dedicate time to training. Who pays hard earned money to fly across the country, carboload all day, and go run 26.2 miles in freezing conditions.

It wasn't perfect.
And it wasn't easy.
But somewhere between that big "start" and "finish" painted on the ground I realized - this is why we NEED to do hard things.

To grow.
To prove to ourselves we can.
To see the incredible way people show up.

Could never have done it without all the support from my friends, family, fellow runners, and the FANS out there at the Boston Marathon!! A huge thank you to for rearranging her entire life to come out to support, to Goran the-untaggable, .huizar, Juan the-untaggable, and for the encouragement and forging the path ahead. I *literally* would not have crossed that finish line without you guys!!!

The 130th anniversary of the Boston Marathon is in the books.

But the pursuit of the Unicorns in life never ends 🏃‍♀️

The Long Beach community never ceases to amaze me! Being able to celebrate Good Friday, read Scripture, and hear a faith-based message all in a secular setting - with politicians, business executives, community leaders, and everyone in between... That's something you don't get to partake in just anywhere.

Grateful for the place. Grateful for this day! And grateful to be able to be a part of it and give back at this year's Good Friday Breakfast ✝️

Long Beach friends! Ever thought to yourself "hmm there seem to be a lot of wealthy people who own real estate" 🤔 or "I wish I could invest in real estate but I don't have that kind of money"?

That's exactly what I started out when I began to invest in real estate 8 years ago but since then, my property has doubled in value and paid it's own mortgage, insurance, and taxes every month (in addition to putting money in my pocket every month on top of that).
