Thank you to Steve White-Realtor for trusting me to find a creative solution that allowed our mutual client to qualify to purchase here in NH before selling their home out of state. Portfolio loans are great tools when additional flexibility is needed to bring deals together. Don't assume that a "no" from one lender is the end of the road. Make sure you have an experienced and open minded lender on your team.
