NH Property taxes can be a little challenging to understand. In the majority of towns, the bills come out 2x a year. The bill arrives mid -cycle, and covers the 3 months prior and the following 3 months. Prorations are calculated at closing to determine how many days the seller is responsible up until the closing day, then the buyer takes over. I toured this home today, and it is Magnificent! It is so thoughtfully designed, functional, and welcoming. This is SO much home for the price, in a beautiful community, and shows as though it's brand new construction. Great location for those that need to commute to the Concord or Manchester area. Over the past 12 months, the median sales price for a single-family home in New Hampshire reached $540,000 — a record level statewide.

But that number only tells part of the story.
