✨🎉 We are excited to announce that Kassidy Carter has been promoted to Universal Banker - Float.

In her new role, Kassidy will float between our Peru and Logansport branches, helping us better serve customers across Cass and Miami Counties.

Kassidy, who lives in Peru, has been a valued member of the Logansport Savings Bank team since June 2025. She is well known and loved at both branches, and her joyful smile and welcoming personality brighten our customer's days, each time they visit.

We are excited to see Kassidy continue to grow and bring her exceptional customer service to both of our communities.

Scammers are always finding new ways to target consumers, but knowing the signs can help you protect yourself. Amy Dillman, our BSA Officer and Fraud Awareness Representative, takes you through “Know the Signs” with three simple steps:

🐢 SLOW DOWN - Take your time. Scammers often create a sense of urgency and pressure you to act fast. Don’t let anyone rush you into making a financial decision.

🔎 VERIFY – Scammers often pose as your bank or another trusted organization. Always verify before you trust. If you receive a suspicious request, contact us directly using the phone number on the back of your debit card or visit our website.

🛑 STOP – If something doesn’t feel right, don’t proceed. Stop, take a step back, and get help before sending money or sharing personal information.

❤️ We love our community, and we love organizations including Area Five Agency on Aging & Community Services Inc. that work every day to make a difference in the lives of those they serve.

On August 5, Logansport Savings Bank was proud to be a sponsor of Area Five Agency’s 35th Annual Golf Scramble ⛳. The funds raised through the event have now been donated back to Area Five Agency.

Chad Higgins, President & CEO, and Abby McDonald, Senior Credit Analyst at Logansport Savings Bank, recently presented Charles LaDow, Executive Director of Area Five Agency, with a $1,500 check.

We’re especially proud that both Chad and Abby serve on the Area Five Board, allowing us to support the organization not only through our sponsorship, but through continued leadership and service.

📖 ❤️ Read United by United Way of Cass County is underway!

We're proud to have five Logansport Savings Bank staff members participating in this year's Read United Program, partnering with Cass County Schools to read to students in grades K-2.

Read United is an early literacy program focused on helping children build strong reading skills and reach their full potential.
