How to approach a "money attitude" in these post Covid 19 times!

Don’t let yourself get panicked about the market. Remember that it recovers.
Most people have not even checked on their 401k’s in quite some time, simply out of busy-ness in their lives – pre-Covid19 days of course. This action should be top of the inventory list of things to do immediately. Begin taking stock of what you currently have. Like, savings accounts, old CDs, old Pension funds, old Money Market accounts, then go check your couch, pockets of old clothes, etc. etc.
Even if you currently do not have as much as you did before, or not what you thought you had, or what you thought you might NEED in the event of a crisis ….. do not panic. Just make sure you compose yourself, then talk to a financial professional and then come up with a budget and a workable plan. Of course, it is important to also work the plan. Keep reminding yourself that the economy has recovered from every recession and depression in history. It may not bounce back quickly but it always bounces back. In the meantime, begin today by cutting the fat and spending less. Then find the plan.
