Small town reminder from your local insurance agency:

Most people who walk through our doors are kind, patient, and an absolute pleasure to help. Y’all are the reason we love being a locally owned business.

But every now and then somebody walks in acting like a full-blown fonchock. 😅

Just a friendly reminder… our office has cameras everywhere. So if someone comes in fussing, pacing, or trying to run the place like they own it, chances are the whole performance is being recorded.

Our team is here to help and we treat everyone with respect, but sometimes doing our job means asking someone to step back behind the desk or follow the rules of the office.

Most folks understand that. The few who don’t… well… let’s just say the lunch-time replay can get pretty entertaining around here.

Be kind. Respect the staff.
And remember… somebody’s mawmaw probably raised you better than that.
