Happy Friday! 🎧✨

Last month Julia and I attended a work conference and ended up at a silent disco… and honestly, watching everyone dancing to completely different songs at the same time was such a fun reminder that everyone has their own rhythm that keeps them going. 😃

Music is helping me stay focused and finish the week strong before the weekend officially kicks off. Lately, ICARUS by Tony Ann & DRICS has been my favorite, but honestly anything by either of them sets the perfect focus mood for me. 🎶

Now we need recommendations… what are your favorite “focus at work” songs or playlists??

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Their sacrifice is the reason we are able to enjoy the freedoms we have today, and we are deeply grateful for them and their families.
