Such a special closing! I loved getting to know these wonderful buyers and their family and building such a meaningful relationship with the realtor Jessi Bates with Premier Property Group. It makes it even more special to share these moments with my partner Cheyenne Smith Revolution Mortgage! So grateful to have been a part of this family's journey and wishing them so much happiness in their new home!

A little late celebrating this one, but it deserves to be shared!

Haley and Chase closed on this home at the beginning of September, and sense then we've been working behind the scenes on the renovation side of their loan!

This move was about so much more than the house. They wanted to be closer to family so their kids could grow up with their cousins right down the road, and that made the location incredibly special.

We're so thankful for Jessi Bates with Premier Property Group, their realtor, and for Cindy Fessler Bricks & Barndo Loans helping keep everything moving smoothly (even when the road looked rocky) and on time!

And now, with the renovation piece in place, Haley and Chase get to turn this house into a home that fits their family even better.
