Celebrating 250 Years of American Independence 🇺🇸
This year, our nation marks a remarkable milestone: the 250th anniversary of the United States.
As a financial advisor, I often speak with clients about planning, stewardship, sacrifice, and building a legacy that lasts beyond one generation. Those same principles are woven into the American story.
In 1776, 56 individuals placed their names on the Declaration of Independence and pledged their “Lives, Fortunes and sacred Honor.” Their courage helped lay the foundation for a nation built on liberty, opportunity, responsibility, and the belief that the future can be shaped with purpose.
John Adams once wrote, “Posterity! You will never know, how much it cost the present Generation, to preserve your Freedom! I hope you will make a good Use of it.”
As we celebrate 250 years of independence, may we honor that charge by remembering the sacrifices that came before us, appreciating the freedoms we enjoy today, and continuing to build wisely for the generations that follow.
