Shining through in Q2!
Congratulations to our D72 Q2 Achievers in Commercial and Specialty.
The Quarterly Commercial Premium cup was achieved by Raul Diaz with $26,865 in Commercial Premium and the Commercial NB Cup goes to Nathan Dabulewicz with 7 Commercial New Business policies. Way to get "Business" done!
Both of Q2's Quarterly Specialty Cups went to ONE D72 agent...Congratulations Joy Olivier! $9,460 in Specialty Premium and 17 Specialty New Business policies! Now that's "Special"!
Also, thank you to each D72 agent that contributed to our Q2 successes in Commercial and Specialty. Thank you for all you do!

It is with gratitude and humility to share that our D72 Family has, for the second consecutive year, received the honor of being selected for President's Council.
While the first one, will always be treasured, this one has special meaning, as it was achieved during a most challenging year.
I could not be more proud of the culture we have created, as it is a direct result of the support and hard work of every D72 Family Member.
A special THANK YOU for demonstrating that working together drives success. There is no "I" in our Team!
I appreciate each one of you in the D72 Family, more than words can adequately express. Thank you for all you do!

I am honored to announce our D72 Family qualifiers for Topper Club 2021, based on their 2020 agency results.
While 2020 had its challenges, these agents and their team members persevered and succeeded in spite of a pandemic.

My heart is filled with gratitude and appreciation for the mentorship and friendship of the Legendary District Manager, Cathy Weeks. I was blessed to be selected as well as my dear friend and colleague, Heather Verity, as a recipient of the "Cathy Weeks Scholarship".
This opportunity afforded me the honor of completing the "Women in Leadership" certificate program through Cornell University.
I will be eternally grateful for the knowledge and insight gained that has transformed my life both personally and professionally.
As a proud member of the Farmers family, my greatest hope is to inspire others, with all that I have learned, to realize and accomplish their aspirations in life.
