Today we got that magical notice. Three of the best words in this business, "CLEAR TO CLOSE"! 🎉 Well, they didn't yell it. I just feel it deserves the emphasis. This milestone takes alot of work and communication, and this buyer has been incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. It was apparent how much this house meant to them, and I have been grateful to be able to help them make it happen. Closing day is right around the corner, and I'm excited for what's next for them.

I'm fortunate to have the team that I do backing me up on every transaction. I can't thank you all enough for everything you do for the customer and myself, consistently.

There’s a lot of emotion packed into buying a house — excitement, nerves, refreshing your email 47 times 😄 — but today we celebrate.

So excited for my buyers as we move to the next phase of the journey! Happy tears were cured by Dunkin Donuts apparently, who knew? Husband instincts kicked in and I offered a tissue and chocolate. My mistake.
