Introducing Firm Faces!

We're starting this series where it all began: our founder and CEO, Bob Heykoop.

Before financial services, Bob was an entrepreneur. He built businesses, learned hard lessons, and experienced firsthand what it takes to grow something from nothing. That background is exactly what makes him so good at what he does today. He gets it.

At his core, Bob just wants to help people. That's what brought him to this industry and what drives him every day. He also happens to have the credentials to back it up, holding the ChFC® designation and advanced education from The Wharton School.

Outside the office, Bob is a true westerner, splitting time between Colorado and Wyoming with his wife Virginia. When he's not working, he's fishing or trying to keep up with his four grandsons.

Our team had the privilege of volunteering with Jeffco Eats and it reminded us why community matters so much. We spent the day packing bags of food to be distributed to local schools across Jefferson County.

Jeffco Eats provides food to 76% of Title 1 schools in Jefferson County, and knowing our small effort contributes to that mission was truly eye-opening. We left with full hearts and a deeper commitment to showing up for the people around us.
